Cancellation policy
Standard rate: cancellation is free of charge if communicated at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made after this deadline, 50% of the booking value will be charged.
Non-refundable rate: bookings made under this rate are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Booking guarantee
Standard rate: to guarantee the reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the booking value is required.
Non-refundable rate: full payment (100% of the booking value) is required immediately upon confirmation.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply in the apartments from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets policy
Pets (dogs and cats) are not permitted.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to €2.20 per person per night (for guests over 14 years old) and must be paid on site or via the Guest Portal.
Final cleaning
A mandatory final cleaning fee of €50 applies.
Check-in / Check-out
At each arrival and departure, the guest will sign the apartment inventory with attached photos. A check will be carried out at departure. We reserve the right to verify any damage or missing items at a later time if not previously reported by the guest.
